NC VERIFY [Deneb Robotics, Inc.]

NC VERIFY is an open architecture, 3-D graphics, machining processsimulator that precisely emulates an entire machine tool and NCcontroller. Traditional NC verification software reads APT, Compaq II, orCenterline data. Unfortunately, these systems do not read the same codeas the machine controller, leaving high probability for errors. NC VERIFYeliminates uncertainty by duplicating the "true functionality" of themachine tool including fixtures, tools, tool changers, attachments,workpieces, and the NC controller. Process modules available are milling,turning, laser cutting, water jet cutting, punching, drilling, andgrinding. There are no restrictions placed on the quantity or detail ofthe devices displayed, or the number of axes they possess. NC VERIFY canalso be used for modeling machine setup, machine design, machine centerlayout, and post-processor debugging.
